SPANDLAITIES

Spandlaities occurs when any type of disordering occurs in neural vertebra. Mostly, it occurs in the neck region which is called ‘Spandlaities of the Neck’. It mostly occurs in young people in whom the symptoms of violent waist pain are found. 

Symptoms:- 

The person suffering from this disease has pain in the back part of his neck. Sometimes, this type of pain is moved from both the arms to the fingers. In this disease, patient feels numbness and tinkling sensation in his fingers and arms. 

Some useful tips for getting relief in this disease:- 

In this disease, patient should sleep on the hard bed and sit with making his waist straight. He should straight his waist while working and sitting on a bench, table etc. A small pillow should be kept in the back while sitting on a chair or driving a car. Do not work with jerk or in hurry. Do not bend from waist for picking any object but pick by sitting on his knees. Vitamin-C or diet contain vitamins should be taken in this disease. If patient feels backache, go on the bed immediately and take rest. 

Exercise for curing spandlaities:- 

First of all, on clean floor (ground) lie down on the stomach with keeping the hands below the back and the head as downward. Now, keep the hands parallel to the shoulders attaching with ground and up the shoulder above ground with counting up to three. Then, move the head below the shoulders. Repeat this activity after taking rest for 10 minutes. In this way, take this exercise 10 times. The back should be massaged minimum once in a week. Taking practice of Yoga and Dhyanas for living tension free is very effective.
