MASTODYNIA / PAIN IN BREAST

A woman suffers from mastodynia or pain in the breast when the circulating blood gets stopped in the body because of cold, heat or any other cause. She suffers from fever in this disease. There is a pain in the breast if the mouth of the breast gets closed if there is an injury in the breast because of child’s head. 

Use of different drugs in breasts pain:- 

1. Sagvinaria- If a woman feels fast pain below her right nipple that is due to deep inhaling and it is also felt in her stomach, pain is moved up to the shoulders due to which she is not able to up her hands, she feels fast pain in her breasts before menstruation, etc., taking Sagvinaria 6 is appropriate. 
2. Actia-Racimosa (Simisiphuga)- In unmarried girls, it pain starts below the left breast, using Simisiphuga 3 is better. 
3. Pulsatilla- In the condition of pain below the breasts with scanty menstruation, Pulsatilla 30 should be taken. 
4. Konayam- Before menstruation or with scanty menstruation if she feels pain in her breasts, Konayam 3, 30 or 200 should be given. 
5. Phalendrium- If a woman feels violent pain in her breasts after suckle her baby, giving Phalendrium 6 ameliorates such pain. 
6. Croton-tig- Breasts pain of a woman who suckle her baby and that is moved to the back, taking Croton-tig 6 or 30 is beneficial. 
7. Calendula-lotion- If a woman feels breasts pain, mix a tea spoon powder of Calendula in half cup of water and then washed her breasts with this water. Such type of solution is called Calendula lotion. 
8. Arnica-lotion- Add 20 drops of the mother tincture of Arnica in the eight part water of a gallon after that, wash the breasts with this water, it eliminates pain. 
9. Hamamelis-lotion- Add 20 drops of the mother tincture of Hamamelis also in the eight part water of a gallon and then washing the breasts with this water provides relief in pain. 
10. Castor-equiv- In the conditions of cutting, crackling or any type of wounds on the breasts, using Castor-equiv. 6 or 12 is beneficial. 
11. Sepia- In the cases of swelling or crackling of the breasts, Sepia 200 can be given. 
12. Graphitis- This drug can be also used in the swelling or crackling of the breasts. Besides it, in the condition of gum like secretion from wounds, Graphitis 30 or 200 can be given. It can erase wounds marks too.
