Clothes used for tying children are called diaper. If the child goes on holding wet diaper for a long time that gets wetted by stool and urine of the child or by any other reason, due to it, rashes appear on the hip and the area around it becomes red.
Causes:-
This disease occurs due to the use of wet diaper. This disease also occurs due to washing diaper with soap that generate allergy. This disease is also caused due to taking food that generate allergy, wet diaper, holding diaper for a long time after excretion and urination, fungus infection, give bath again and again, putting on tight clothes, etc.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, the skin of hip, thighs, buttock etc. become red and rashes appear. Reproductive organs are also become red. In this disease, affected skin becomes rigid and like dry paper. Smell like ammonia comes out from the children body. In this disease, burning sensation occurs in the urinary pipe of a child.
Precautions:-
- Keep the skin of the child clean and dry and careful about changing diaper when it is wetted. Wash the diaper in hot water well and do not use soap that generate allergy. Do not wear wet diaper.
- If the whole area of the hip has become red with burning sensation, it can be due to allergenic soap. So, do not use those soaps which are allergenic for the child. Do not tie such clothes which block the air for entering.
Important instructions:-
Follow above precautions in the condition of fibrous diaper however, the place of diaper has become red, white blotches have appeared on the mouth, blotches has become yellow, etc.; treat them according to a doctor. In this disease, blotches can appear behind the ears and in the armpit. Sometimes the whole area of a diaper filled with boils with red eruptions and wounds in them. Give treatment immediately in such symptoms.
