The back muscles of patient's neck become stiffed due to gas that causes difficulty to see left and right. Mostly neck-stiff pain occurs in the left side of the neck.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
1. Aconite- Taking Aconite 30 is very useful in the condition of neck-stiff occurred due to exposure to cold or cold air in the winter season, pain in the back part of the neck due to movement of it and has been spread to the shoulders, etc.
2. Actaea Recemosa (Cimicifuga)- Actaea Recemos (Cimicifuga) 3 should be taken according to the symptoms like- bending the neck and head of the patient, occurring stiffness in the muscles of the neck and waist, pain in the waist due to gas, etc.
3. Antim-tart- Giving Antim-tart 6 is the best in the condition of strain in the patient's neck, bending the head backward, etc.
4. Lachnanthes- If the patient head becomes stiff due to sudden strain in the head and if he can not able to move his neck properly, giving Lachnanthes 3 or 30 is beneficial. If it makes no impression, 200 potency of this drug should be given.
5. Bryonia- If the patient's neck becomes stiffed suddenly due to which, neck pain is aggravated even by little touch or movement of the neck, Bryonia 30 can be given.
6. Dulkamara- If neck pain begins in the cold or moist weather as the neck remains in a same posture for a long time, Dulkamara 30 should be given.
7. Chelidonium- The juice of Chelidonium or its 1st potency should be given if patient feels pain in the right side of the neck with stiffness.
