Key Clinical Indications:
Abdominal Colic:
- Cramping, cutting, twisting pain in the abdomen
- Relieved by bending double or hard pressure
- Colic after anger, vexation, or indignation
- Dysentery or diarrhea with colic
Sciatica & Neuralgia:
- Right-sided sciatica with shooting, lightning-like pains
- Pains extend down the thigh and leg
- Worse from motion, better from pressure and warmth
Female Complaints:
- Dysmenorrhea with cramping pains forcing patient to bend over
- Ovarian neuralgia (especially left side)
- Pains better by pressure and warmth
Characteristic Symptoms:
- Severe colicky or neuralgic pains that make patient double up
- Pain relieved by pressure, bending forward, or warmth
- Symptoms follow anger or indignation
- Dryness of mouth and throat, tasteless belching
