Guiding Symptoms + keynotes
● All complaints are accompanied with constant nausea and persistent vomiting, nausea is not better by vomiting
● Discharges are adhesive , sticky , stringy , yellow , tough , lumpy or thick
● Pain can be covered with a point of finger spotty pain
● Tendency for active or passive haemorrhages - bright red from all orifices with nausea
● Migraine or gastric headache with intense nausea and vomiting
● Tongue clean , moist . Saliva increased
● Nausea from looking at moving objects or at food
● Craving for sweets , dainties . Aversion and disgust to all food
● Indulgence in beer and malt liquors
● Vomiting during pregnancy . Gastroenteritis ; food posioning
● Stomach feels relaxed , as if hanging down . Pain- clutching , squeezing , griping as from a hand , each finger sharply pressing into the abdomen , around the naval
● Stool green , grass - like , frothy molasses
