1. There is  pain due to gall stones and jaundice. 
2. There is pain under the right shoulder blade. 
3. Gall stone with jaundice,  the skin is yellow, urine is dark in colourand stool is clay-coloured. 
4. During jaundice, the tongue becomes yellow and flabby. Nausea and vomiting. 
5. The patient desires for very hot drinks along with the above symptoms.

1. Gall stone with cholecystitis, gall bladder is inflamed. 
2. There is pain in the right upper abdomen in gall bladder region, which is accompanied by nausea and vomiting of burning fluid.
3. Carduus Marianus can also be used to treat jaundice in gall stones.
4. Worse by lying on left side, eating, motion and pressure.
