Bleeding can take place from any organs of the body. In bleeding due to any reason, using homoeopathic drugs is beneficial.
Cause of normal bleeding:-
Bleeding starts from any body part when arteries (who carry blood in the entire body) or veins(who carry defiled blood) are cut or torn due to any reason. Bleeding can take place both internally and externally. Blood coming out due to cut of arteries is shiny red in appearance and comes out from the body with heart beats. Blood that comes out from veins is dark red or purple in color.
What do we do in the case of bleeding:-
- In the case of bleeding, make the patient as lying down on his back. When blood is coming out from a wound, makes the sufferer as lying down on his back and keeps his affected part up to the heart so that arteries blood is not able to come out from wound with heartbeats. Clean wound well and if something like cloth or cotton stuck with wound, leave it as its condition, do not try to remove it because this activity can increase bleeding by opening the mouth of wound. In the case of bleeding from wound, keep a piece of clean cloth or Patti on it. If blood start coming out through cloth due of additional bleeding, keep another patti on it without removing first patti and keep wound with pressure. After stopping blood, place another patti on it. If the patient becameunconscious after bleeding, go to a doctor immediately.
- Check the patient continuously that his breath is proper or not. If saliva is coming out from his mouth, vomiting substances, blood or dirt present in his mouth, clean them. It helps the patient in proper breath.
- In this case, make his head bend backward and the chin up; it will remove obstruction of the tongue. Check the motions of his chest and nostrils. If he is not able to breath, give him artificial breath (by your mouth).
- During this activity, try to find his heartbeats by placing your ear on his chest. If heartbeats absent, give cardiac massage and keep your right hand pressed on the part 2 inches below his chest and then keep your left hand as slant way. Now keep your hand and shoulder as straight and puss his chest with force. In this way, do this activity many times.
Precaution:-
- If the patient gets hurt on his neck or back, do not make him lying down on his back. In this condition, make him as lying down on his stomach slowly by giving support to his head, keep his hands and legs as fold and keep the head up so that he does not feel difficulty in breathing.
Disease and drugs used in it:-
- Cactus (mother tincture):- If the patient is suffering from additional bleeding from the body, slow bleeding, absence of any trouble while bleeding, etc., using Cactus 3 or its mother tincture provides relief and bleeding is stopped.
- Sanguinaria:- When blood does not clot, using Sanguinaria 6 is beneficial.
- Ipecac:- If light red or shiny red blood is coming from any organ of the body, it should be considered that blood is coming out from arteries with the feeling nauseate and vomiting, using Ipecac 3, 30 or 200 is very beneficial.
- Phosphorus:- If blood does not clot; additional blood comes out from even small wound; coming blood mixed with dirt from nose, lungs, stomach and other organs; blood lines also seen some where, etc., taking Phosphorus is very beneficial.
- Hamamellis (mother tincture):- If black colored blood comes out from any organs, it should be considered that it is coming out from veins. Thus, taking Hamamellis 6 or its mother tincture is very effective.
- Crotalus:- If blood comes out in black appearance and does not clot even after long time, Crotalus 3 or 6 should be used.
