The initial stage of burning sensation of the internal membrane of the heart is called ‘Acute Endocarditis’ in English. In this disease, heart cartilage is affected much and becomes obsessed. Due to this disease, wounds appear in the heart.
Cause:-
- his disease not occurs by itself but occurred due to other diseases like- measles, chicken pox, pneumonia, diphtheria, inflammation of the throat glands, etc. It also occurs due to gonorrhea.
- In this disease, wounds in the size of pea or equal to needle point are found inside the heart. Sometimes pimples like several tablets are found in the heart. Due to this wounds or pimples, decomposed fibers or fibers in clotted forms are transferred by heart to the brain and blood is not able to circulate to the urinary bladder.
Symptoms:-
- In the initial stage of this disease, the sufferer feels normal fever and irregular pulse rate. Fever is also increased with the aggravation of this disease. Other symptoms are also found in the patient like- sweating from the body, delirium and drowsiness but lack of sleep, bloody boils on every part of the body and malfunctioning of blood circulation, rheumatic symptoms on the half body, sound goes on coming from the heart at an interval of little while (time) in healthy condition.
- This disease becomes chronic with permanent changing of the heart. In the initial stage of this disease, it is very difficult to understand it. When sound like ‘murmur’ starts to come from the heart, it is the sign of burning sensation in the internal membrane of the heart (Acute endocarditis).
- In the normal condition of this disease, the patient does not die, but it becomes dangerous in its chronic stage.
- In this disease, the sufferer should live in a room having proper ventilation, but not in smelly house; he should sleep on the soft bed and take enough rest.
Use of different drugs in this disease:-
- Actaea Racemosa:- If this disease has occurred due to gout and chorea (St. Vitus’ dance) and different types of other symptoms are also found in the patient like- pricking pain as needle in the heart, unconsciousness due to fast heart beat, irregular pulse rate and weakness of the nerves and running of pulse haltingly, etc., taking Actaea Racemosa 3 or 30 is very effective. After the use of this drug, endocarditis and wounds inside the heart are cured.
- Digitalis- Due to this disease, there are several symptoms found in the patient. In the initial stage of this disease, pulse rate is fast or runs haltingly; it becomes weak and the patient feels difficulty in breathing. The patient feels as if heart will stop functioning. Using Digitalis 1x or 30 is very effective for the patient in such symptoms. Using this drug in the initial stage of this disease is very beneficial.
- Colchicum- In the case of endocarditis occurring due to gout, the sufferer starts suffering from weak pulse and unable to work properly due to heart weakness, etc. thus, using Colchicum 1x or 6 is very beneficial.
- Cactus- Using Cactus 3x or its mother tincture is very beneficial when the patient feels as something hard is pressing in the heart.
- Spigelia- If the patient feels pain in his heart in the case of endocarditis whether it is acute or chronic, taking Spigelia 3x or 6 is very effective. It provides relief from pain.
- Arum-met- If this disease has occurred due to gout and has aggravated, Arum-met 6 should be used.
- Iodium- If this disease has occurred due to gastric and Spigelia is failed (makes no impression) in this case, Iodium 30 should be taken.
- Aconite- In the initial stage of this disease, if the patient is suffering from fever, violent thirst, restlessness all the time, and feeling as if he will die due to this disease, etc., taking Aconite 3x or 30 is very effective. It ends fear ness in the patient.
- Camphor- Using Camphor is very beneficial in the case of endocarditis. It is known as very beneficial for curing this disease by acting like the disease.
- Viretrum-vir- In the case of this disease, if the patient is suffering from severe fever, thick and tough pulse, etc., taking Viretrum-vir 6 or 30 is very beneficial in these symptoms after using Aconite.
