GUIDING SYMPTOMS
- Urging for stool immediately after eating or drinking anything (like China)
- Diarrhea early in the morning, driving out of bed (Like Sulphur)
- Sudden and uncontrollable urging for stool; must find a toilet at once
- Involuntary stools, particularly after passing flatus (unnoticed stool escape)
- Great weakness in sphincter ani; feels as if anus remains open
- Sense of fullness, heat, and weight in the pelvis, especially the rectum
- Hemorrhoids protruding like grapes, relieved by cold bathing
- Rectal symptoms alternate with headache or uterine troubles
- Flatulence with a lot of noisy gurgling and rumbling in abdomen
